Little Me Little You provide their goods and services to you subject to the following conditions.

If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully.
 
Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  Please be assured that Little Me Little You will protect your right to privacy.
Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold. All information will be used solely to process orders or forward our newsletter to you.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.  If ordering outside of Australia, the GST will be deducted at checkout.

Little Me Little You reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Delivery

All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.  Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day; this excludes weekends and public holidays.

All orders should arrive between 2-5 days within Australia with the exception of hard to reach rural locations within Australia which may add a further 1–3 days.

International orders can take between 4-10 days.

Delivery is a flat rate $10.00 for all items under 5kgs.  Larger bulkier items incur a $15.00 delivery rate throughout Australia.  Additional fees may apply depending on delivery address.  We will contact you should this be the case.

We use Australia Post delivery and a courier service within Australia.

International orders, please contact us (info@littlemelittleyou.com.au) prior to placing your order.  We will get back to you by close of business with confirmation of your deliver fee.

Please make sure your address details are correct, as we are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Refunds and exchange policy

We pride ourselves on having happy and satisfied customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  Please contact us at info@littlemelittleyou.com.au. We will require a copy of your receipt to be included in the return and we will notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with an exchange or refund.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

Please note: A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.

You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this Site. This Website is owned by Little Me Little You and its associates, and is subject to copyright. The information on this Site is protected under Australian copyright laws. Subject to provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia). All images displayed on littlemelittleyou.com.au  are subject to copyright and must not be copied or used without our permission. Any breach of copyright will result in appropriate action being taken where necessary.

Security

Little Me Little You does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the littlemelittleyou.com.au website.  Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor, EWAY, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
