School holidays have arrived.  Again.  So I thought I would get my thinking cap on about how to feed my brood during the day, when all they seem to do these days at home is snack!  

Here are three easy, healthy ideas that are achievable for week one of the school holidays at least...

FRESH FRUIT POPS

So easy, you could probably start making them right now.  All you need is:

Ingredients:
2-3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 pkg Fresh Strawberries, sliced
2-3 Tangerine Oranges, peeled and sliced
1 pkg Fresh Blueberries
Coconut Water
Popsicle Mold

PALEO APPLE COOKIES

I love that this little snack is so healthy that the little ones won't even know it!  Don't forget to dip your apples in lemon juice to prevent them from browing if you are preparing ahead of time.
